Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Private Match platform ("Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By accepting these Terms you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@example.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post, transmit, or solicit content that is illegal, exploitative, or involves minors in any sexual context.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, spam, or multi-level marketing.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation.
• Collect or harvest personal data of other users without consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Circumvent any security or access-control feature of the Service.

4. Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Private Match a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this licence.

4.2 Prohibited Content

• Sexually explicit imagery of minors (CSAM) — any such content will be reported to NCMEC/law enforcement and result in immediate permanent account termination.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination.

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by Private Match or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE. WE DO NOT VERIFY THE IDENTITY OF ALL USERS OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF PROFILE INFORMATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIVATE MATCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Private Match from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes with us informally first by contacting support@example.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the applicable law stated below.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Private Match is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. For EU/EEA residents, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
